Ultrasonic Humidifier Basic Information
How Ultrasonic Humidifiers Work?
The working principle of an ultrasonic humidifier involves using high-frequency vibrations to break water into tiny particles, creating a mist that is released into the air. The mist adds moisture to the environment, increasing humidity levels. This process is achieved through a small metal plate vibrating at ultrasonic frequencies, which is immersed in water. As the plate vibrates, it creates pressure waves that move through the water, breaking it up into tiny droplets that are released into the air as a cool mist.
How Ultrasonic Humidifiers Control Logic?
The control logic of an ultrasonic humidifier involves a built-in humidistat that measures the current humidity level in the environment. Once the humidity level drops below the set threshold, the humidifier’s sensor sends a signal to the control board, which activates the ultrasonic plate to produce mist until the desired humidity level is reached. Once the desired level is achieved, the humidifier automatically switches off to prevent over-humidification. Some humidifiers also feature additional control options such as timer settings.
When the power is switched on, set the room target humidity at 80%RH;
When the actual indoor humidity drops to 80%RH, it will automatically work;
When the warehouse humidity rises over 80%RH, it will stand by automatically.
Attention: Every time opening the ultrasonic humidifier, please check the water level first.
Why we recommend you use water inlet automic not by hand?
Use the water inlet connected to the water pipe, the water float will control the inside water level, always over the black point 2-3cm. And always no worry with the water tank is no water.
But if the user adds water by hand, the water level is low during the no attention time. Sevel time did as this, the mist plate will be broken soon.
Actually speaking, the mist plate quality is good, but work with low water levels water will break soon. So, please use water automatically instead of by hand.
6m Humidity Sensor Wire
GetJoeAir’s ultrasonic humidifiers are designed with industrial settings in mind, and that means we understand the importance of precise control. That’s why our humidity sensors are attached to a 6-meter long wire, allowing you to place the sensor exactly where it needs to be.
In industrial settings, it’s often necessary to monitor humidity levels in specific areas, such as manufacturing facilities or storage spaces. The longer wire on our ultrasonic humidifier’s humidity sensor allows for more flexibility in placement, making it easier to maintain the perfect humidity levels in any environment.
Ultrasonic Humidifier Water Connection
What is the water pipe size connect to the ultrasonic humidifier?
Water inlet 1/2” pipe;
Water outlet 1/2” pipe;
Water overflow 1/2” pipe;
Mist pipe 4.33” pipe.
All the water connection is used by the international market.
Ultrasonic Humidifier Filter
How to add a water filter for the ultrasonic humidifier?
Are you tired of dealing with mineral buildup and stale air? Fear not because, in this video, I’ll show you how to add a water filter to your ultrasonic humidifier in just a few easy steps.
You’ll learn to install the filter for all the ultrasonic humidifier models, install it like a pro, and keep it running smoothly for maximum air quality.
Say goodbye to dryness and hello to fresh, clean air! Let your industrial always keep the humidity in a well level.
What is the role of the filter?
The filter in an ultrasonic humidifier serves several important roles. Firstly, it helps to remove impurities and minerals from the water, ensuring that the mist produced by the humidifier is clean and healthy to breathe. This is particularly important in areas with hard water, which can cause mineral buildup in the humidifier and reduce its efficiency.
Secondly, the filter helps prolong the humidifier’s lifespan by preventing mineral deposits from accumulating on the ultrasonic nebulizer, which is the component that creates the mist. Over time, mineral buildup can clog the nebulizer and reduce its effectiveness, leading to decreased humidification performance and potentially even damage to the device.
We have prepared a filter for every ultrasonic humidifier unit. Just install it. All is easy!
Ultrasonic Humidifier Installation
How To Install The Ultrasonic Humidifier?
When installing a large-scale ultrasonic humidification system, there are several important considerations to keep in mind:
Water quality: Ultrasonic humidifiers are sensitive to the quality of water used. It is important to ensure that the water is free from impurities, minerals, and chemicals that can cause scaling or clogging of the equipment.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and efficiency of the system. This includes routine cleaning, filter replacement, and inspection of the system components.
Humidity control: Proper humidity control is important to prevent over-humidification, which can cause damage to building structures and equipment. The installation of humidity sensors and controllers is recommended to maintain optimal humidity levels.
System design: The design of the system should take into account the size and layout of the space to be humidified, as well as factors such as air circulation, temperature, and ventilation.
Professional installation: It is recommended to have the system installed by a professional with experience in ultrasonic humidification systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
