Before jumping to the production process, our expert QA/QC team ensures the quality of the raw material. Also, we confirm that the product design and specifications are according to the customer’s needs.
During the production process QA/QC inspectors check the leakage, voltage settings, ground resistance, and control panel settings. Furthermore, our officials ensure proper installation and smooth functioning of every component.
Once the product is ready, a final testing is conducted that includes visual, functional, and environmental tests. Along with the compliance verification, the safety and packaging is also inspected.
Tests GetJoeAir Conducts To Ensure Quality
Here are some specific tests that the highly qualified inspectors at GetJoeAir conduct to approve the humidifier and dehumidifiers.
Coils, compressor, and metering orifice are tested for freon leakage. Every welded part is thoroughly checked with a leak detector device.
To ensure a safe operation, an AC withstand voltage test is conducted to see if the dehumidifier and humidifier can withstand the voltage stress.
Another safety test is the Earth Resistance Test. It is conducted to make the product safe from fire or electric shocks.
Functioning of the control panel, air outlet, drainage system, compressor, noise level, caster rotation, and physical appearance, everything is tested thoroughly.
